Shipping
All orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. Delivery may occur on weekends depending on carrier operations and local conditions, except on national holidays.
Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and external factors.
During peak periods, shipments may experience slight delays. If there is a significant delay in your order’s shipment, we will notify you via email. Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
We offer international shipping to the following countries with estimated delivery times:
- Canada: 7–9 business days
- United States: 7–15 business days
Shipping Restrictions
We do not support delivery to PO Boxes.
Tracking Information
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the delivery status of your package.
Incorrect Address Disclaimer
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate. Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
Once an order has shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
Orders shipped to the address provided at checkout are considered fulfilled upon delivery. Refunds will not be issued for orders delivered to an incorrect address due to customer error.
Undeliverable Orders
Orders returned to us as undeliverable due to incorrect shipping information may be subject to a return shipping fee at our discretion.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once delivery has been confirmed by the carrier to the address provided at checkout. Delivery confirmation by the carrier constitutes proof of fulfillment. If your tracking information indicates that your order has been delivered but you have not received it, we are no longer responsible for the order. Please contact the carrier directly or local authorities if necessary.

Out of Stock Items
If an item in your order is out of stock, we may hold the order until all items are available for dispatch, or contact you with available options.
Import Duties and Taxes
We use a tax-inclusive shipping method, and customers generally will not be required to pay customs duties or import taxes. However, customs policies vary by country and we cannot guarantee that additional charges will never apply.
If any import duties or taxes are incurred, the customer is responsible for these charges.
